Phenolic Injection Machine
The low pressure phenolic injection machine is kind of phenolic foaming equipment developed on our own, the advent of which has filled the domestic gap in this profession and is well-received.
It works as follows: phenolic resin liquid material and solidifying agent are, according to a certain blending ratio delivered into mixing head to agitate according to a certain ratio and then injected into mould. to get the equipment to satisfy technical requirement, parameters of material temperature, throughput, and injection time are all program-controllable.
