Ring Shaped Conveying Line
Brife Introduction:Model X ring-shaped conveying line is specialized auxiliary equipment for making polyurethane plastic products. It conveys the product injected into the mould from injection machine into the baking channel to heat and cure through small carriages.
Baking channel on the line has good insulating property and is equipped with air-curtain on both sides, each segment having air-fan in order to reduce the exhaustion of energy. The ring-shaped conveying line uses electrical spiral filament installed on top of baking channel to heat. Hot-air is blown to products by the air-fan so as to stabilize temperature and to ripen products. Besides, to make sure mould is pre-heated and demoulding agent is dried, two special segments of baking channel are added.
- The whole ring shaped conveying line employs chain strip driven by speed-adjustable electromotor to connect small carriages, movement of which is stable and causes no tripping. The small carriages can be mated with fixtures of automatic opening and closing.
