Seamless Pipe Hydrotester
DescriptionSeamless pipe hydrotester is mainly used to make a pressure test on the seamless pipe. Generally the pressure is 70 Mpa and max pressure is up to 130 Mpa. This seamless pipe hydrostatic testing machine has comprehensive security measures to guarantee the staff safety. Besides, it has the functions of computer recording, storing, printing and testing the results.
Safety Operation Details of Seamless Pipe Hydrotester1. Hydraulic press is prohibited when the pressure gage breaks down.2. Before work the oil and water stains on the anvil surface should be dried to avoid splash.3. Low pressure water in the tank of seamless pipe hydrostatic testing machine should be replaced every six months.4. When the seamless pipe hydrotester stops work for a long time, the water in tanks and all piping systems should be released.5. The temperature in the workshop should not be lower than 5℃.
