1. Automatic Robot Setting Machine for Clay Brick Production Line
It is used for the setting bricks from belt conveyor onto the kiln car in the form as customer required. Its high-performance, mechanical structure and electrical control systems can ensure the setting stability and reliability. Relying on proper integration of mechanical and pneumatic lifting of grippers, the lifting process is stable without the risk of falling cused by wrong operation. The main air channel is provided with an electronic air pressure detection device which is convenient for controlling the pressure of chuck double-effect cylinder. And also avoid impacts of unsable pressure to adobe clamping (if pressure is too high, the bricks can be damaged or fail to be gripped), and a friction torque limiter is used to keep rotation of gripper stable and the traveling and lifting are stable and accurate in position under control of inverter and encorder.
