At this time, if machine keeping running, it will emerge terrible result. However, the Safety Lock is installed for resolving this problem. Upon machine is overload, safety lock will work to protect any damage for the machine.
4. SKF Bearing and NAK oil seal
Wood pellet machine drying system adopts SKF Bearing and NAK oil seal. Then machine can work with much more stable. NAK oil seal will make machine work well.
5. Maintence everyday:
There are three holes on the machine. They used for adding oil with gear and bearings. Then the gear and bearings will keep lubracation status. Then it can keeping work well and extend machine lifespan.
6. Spare parts
Roller and die made of 9Cr2Mo. Spare parts has long lifespan.
