The ring die wood pellet production line/ring die wood pellet plant is also known as wood pellet line or pellet plant which refers to a set of complete wood pellet mills is used to produce biomass wood pellets on a large scale. Besides the wood pellet making machine, some other auxiliary equipment are also is used in the pelleting process, such as a hammer mill, crusher, hot stove, rotary dryer, cooler, separator, packing machine etc.
Ring die wood pellet production line/ring die wood pellet plant is designed for large scale pelletizing process. It includes a feeder system, conditioner, gear box, ring die pellet mill and lubrication system. Dried material is transferred to the conditioner by a screw feeder. Moisture content is the most important consideration for the pelletization of quality pellets. For this, the conditioner plays a key role in softening raw materials by utilizing water or steam. After softening, the raw material is sent by a feeder to the pelleting chamber. By spinning rollers in the chamber force the material through the holes of the die, thus pellets are formed. After pelletizing, the length of the pellet can be cut according to different user's request. It is widely used for processing wood, straw and other biomass materials. It features in high performance, low cost, long life and easy maintenance. The key parts are made of alloy steel. And the die is made of stainless steel.
It includes crushing, drying, pelletizing, sieving, dedusting, and packaging machinery. Every single machine in this plant is characterized by high performance with its operations monitored by electrical panels. Our complete plant has a compact structure, low energy consumption and is highly efficient. Every machine in the wood pellet plant can be designed and manufactured according to customers’ requirements. Ring die wood pellet machine is specially designed for pressing combustible materials into solid wood pellets in the ring die wood pellet production line/ring die wood pellet plant. It conducts large-scale or industrial wood pellet production and the end pellets can be used for fuel in fireplace, boiler, gasifier or biomass power plant. Equipped with a forced feeder, it can produce excellent wood pellets with high density and combustion value. Ring dies with different bore diameters can be customized according to clients’ different demands; here we would like to recommend the wood pellet mill with whole diameters of 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, etc. Solid pellets produced from which are proved incentive and smokeless.
