It's a fully cured, automated dispensble thermal material for replacing conventional thermal pad or thermal grease. it is ideal for rework and maintainment situation.
Thermal gel XK-G60 will wet out matting surface in order to transfer heat efficiently, it is a perfect substitute for Chomerics THERM-A-GAP 60.
