1. Operating environment features:
Long-term operation outdoor, vertical suspension laying, frequent torsion (automatic yaw on wind), contact oil pollution (part), seawater corrosion (special environment).
2. Requirements on cables:
High mechanical strength, torsion resistance (soft), shock resistance and oil resistance.
Also used in cold area of cable resistance to low temperature 40 ℃ (-).
3. Cable structure and material
Combined with the above characteristics, wind power cables are basically rubber type cables (at least used in the fans and the first tower barrel above), class 5 or class 6 conductors, EPR or silicon rubber insulation, neoprene, CPE or TPU sheath
4. Cable applications
Interior of engine room, engine room and upper part of tower frame, lower part of tower frame to change position of bottom tank.
5. Type of cable
Used in the engine room: flexible wire, control cable, data cable, towing cable (used in the rotor circuit), etc.
Inside the tower: wiring (lighting), power cable (fixed laying and torsion parts)
6. The number of wind power cables applied in the fan
Take a 1.25mw fan (tower and engine room) as an example. The height of tower is generally around 90 meters, so the number of force cables is about 1km in length.
For a wind field of 50,000 kW, a force cable of 40km is required.
