Flat cable structure is especially suitable for frequent bending occasions, without kinking and folded neatly, such as driving.YB, YBF and YBZ can meet the needs of various occasions.It is suitable for electrical connection between mobile electrical equipment under severe environment such as power generation, metallurgy, chemical industry and port.USES: power conductor, insulation, tape strip, earth conductor, insulation, filling layer, control conductor, insulation, sheath.As a kind of multi-core cable, flat cable is first used in electronic computer and electronic instrument. Due to its advantages such as easy bending and small wiring space, it is also widely used in civil electrical appliances such as tele and recorder.New flat cables are being developed to meet the different requirements.The application of the insulating shift connector makes the end connection of flat cable very convenient and reliable. At the same time, higher requirements are put forward for the geometrical dimensions such as the center distance tolerance, the cumulative error of center distance and the insulation thickness of flat cable.The production process of flat cable is similar to that of plastic wiring.In the flat cable forming unit, in addition to adding a flat cable forming device which is related to the main technique of insulating material processing, the equipment such as multi-span wire rack, cooling water tank, spark detector, tractor and coil forming machine is basically similar to the equipment used in the plastic wiring production.The forming method of flat cable is to clip a group of core wires evenly arranged at a certain interval between two plastic films and bind them into flat cable by certain means.Two problems should be solved when forming: one is how to produce two layers of plastic films that can bond or melt each other; the other is to ensure that a group of wire is always spaced and evenly arranged.
