A: Surely , Welcome OEM, Pls let us know how many color does your logo have first. And you need to provide us the artwork file of your logo design.(PSD, AI, CDR) and note us the panton color number if there is any special color.
Q:What is the sample time and sample cost if I need the samples with my logo?
A: Sample charge is depend on your logo printing, different type of logo design and printing workmanship will be at different price. Sample time usually is within 3 working days after the artwork file received.
Q: May I use my design for the retail box? And the MOQ? How much should I pay for it ?
A: Yes, customized box is supported. Usually the MOQ is 2000pcs,and the cost will depend on your quantity and design, if over the MOQ will be free of charge. Pls Email us talk in details. thank you
Q: How do you deliver my order to me? How can I pay for the shipping cost ?
A: Our product price is not including the shipping cost.
For samples, we will send by DHL/ UPS / Fedex / China Post. Pls tell us your Courier Account Number if you have any available Courier Acount, so that we will send you the sample in Freight Collect Payment.
Please tell us your detail address if you no not have any courier account, so that we will help caculate shipping cost for you according to the package size and weight, after that you pay us the shipping cost by Western Union or T/T.
