GHL Rapid Mixing Granulator
GHL Series is the new type pharmaceutical machinery, designed on the basis of adopting the principle of one-step granulator. It can blend and mix the dry powder rapidly, then the even wet powder and granulator. It meets the requirements of GMP Standard.

(1)mainlyconsistsofblendingsystem,cuttingsystem,frame,mixingbarrel,electriccontrollingboxetc.Blendingsystemconsistsofthemotor,bearingpedestalandthecutterknife.Thetransmissionshaftofblendingsystemandcuttersystemhastheairproofdevicetopreventtherawmaterialintotheshaftandthelubepollutingit.
(2)Themixingbarrelisfixedontheframe;SUS304high-gradestainlesssteel;solid,durableandstainless;columniformbottomandconicaltip;nodeadangle,evenmixing,easycleaning;thereisapneumaticvalvefordischargingonthesideofthemixingbarrel;thewholevalveisconnectedbythegemel,soitiseasytomoveawayforcheckingandcleaningcompletely.
(3)Thereissilicon rubberairproofringbetweenthemixingbarrelandthebarrelcover;theextendedpartsoftwotransmissionshaftareairproofedtopreventthepollutedthingsintothebarrel.
(4)Designforsecurity:whenthebarrelcoverandthedischargeexitareunfolded,theblendingsystemandthecuttersystemcannotbestartedup.
