Insulating laminates (DMD,NMN,NKN)
We could supply insulating laminates: DMD, NMN, NKN, fish paper/polyester film, widely used in motor, transformer and other electrical machines.
1. DMD-- a family of 3- ply laminates of non-woven polyester fiber mat bonded to both sides of polyester film with good mechanical strength, dielectric property and reliable heat adhesivity, cost-effectiveness, and a perfect insulating material for electrical machines in slot, phase, liner. CLASS-B, CLASS-F and STAGE-B, STAGE-C DMD available
2. NMN--a family of 3-ply laminates of NOMEXTM (aramid) paper bonded to both sides of polyester film with not only excellent dielectric and mechanical strength of film, but better tear resistance and excellent absorption to varnish of paper, and a reliable class-F insulation material for electrical machines.
3. NKN--a family of 3-ply laminates of NOMEXTM(aramid) paper bonded to both sides of polyimide film with not only excellent dielectric and mechanical strength of films, but better tear resistance and excellent absorption to varnish of paper, so it is a reliable class-H insulation material for electrical machines.
