1. Application: This product is applied to water-filled submersible pump motor of A.C rated voltage Uo/U is 300/500V and the electronics working under similar conditions.
2. Properties: PP wire is applied to long-time work in water, PH value 6.5-8.5, water pressure no more than 1MPa, long-time work temperature no more than 80℃.
3. This product is developed by our factory, and obtained the national utility model patent, the enterprise standard has been amended several times and going to be upgraded and replace national standard JB/T4014.3-1996.
III.Cross-linked polyethylene insulation and PA-sheathing water resistance winding wire, simplified XLPE wire. Standard: JB/T4014.4
1. Application: This product is applied to water-filled submersible motor winding wire of A.C rated voltage Uo/U is 600/1000V and the electronics working under similar conditions.
2. Properties: This product is applied to long-time work in water, PH value 6.5-8.5, water pressure no more than 1.5MPa, long-time working temperature no more than 90℃.
3. The temperature resistance grade can be increased up to 105℃ and 125℃ degree by improving formula of insulation material.
IV.Heat-resistance submersible motor winding wire
1. Application: This product is applied to water-filled submersible motor winding wire of A.C rated voltage Uo/U is 600/1000V and the electronics working under similar conditions.
2. Properties: This product is applied to long-time work in water, PH value 6-9, water pressure no more than 1.5MPa, long-time working temperature up to 160℃ and 180℃; It is the perfect winding wire for special high-temperature-resistance submersible electric motor.
3. This product is developed by our factory, and obtained the national utility model patent
V.Polyimide F-46 compound film wrapped wire, standard: JB5331-91
1. Application: This product is applies to H grade motor for oil field, or similar oil-filled special winding wire, or submersible pump cable wire core wrapped insulation
VI.Frequency conversion submersible motor specific winding wire
1. Application: This product is applied to water-filled submersible motor winding wire of A.C rated voltage Uo/U is 450/750V and the electronics working under similar conditions.
2. Properties: This wire is applied to long-time work in water, PH value 6.5-8.5, water pressure no more than 1MPa, long-time working temperature no more than 80℃.

VII.High-voltage submersible motor winding wire
1. Application: This product is applied to water-filled high-voltage submersible motor winding wire of A.C rated voltage Uo/U is 6000/10000V and the electronics working under similar conditions.
2. Properties: This wire is applied to long-time work in water, PH value 6.5-8.5, water pressure no more than 1.5MPa, long-time working temperature no more than 90℃.
VIII.Ultra-thin insulation high-voltage submersible motor winding wire
1. Application: This product is applied to water-filled submersible motor winding wire of A.C rated voltage Uo/U is 450/750V-6000V/10000V and the electronics working under similar conditions.

3. Features: The insulation wall thickness is 1/3 of the normal high-voltage submersible motor winding wire insulation; it has greatly increased the engine performance, reduced motor volume and cost.
