Polyester spunbond + ePTFE membrane ,whose substrate namely Polyester Spunbond is made of high quality filament yarn without using any binding agent. This hard finished material is very stable & structurally durable. This unique & hard finished material provides features of good pleatability, high durable, and unique structure of very fine filament yarn which offer high performance in filtration. This filter media with PTFE membrane provides excellent stable structure, fine dust release & good release & good resistance of particle penetration in to the media. This spun bonded polyester filter media are pleated in different pleated depths & height to accommodated desired filtration area. It has been widely applied in making pleated dust collection cartridges.
