Sintered Mesh Filter Cartridges
are made by overlapping multiple layers of wire mesh and sintering them in a vacuum furnace, rolled into a cylinder and welded together at both ends. For the roundness and flatness of the whole structure, roll seam welding process is added. Its interlaced mesh forms a rigid structure, which overcomes the shortcomings of ordinary wire mesh of low strength and unstable pore shape, and is also superior to sintered powder cartridges, ceramic cartridges and so on. Most importantly, this stainless steel filter cartridge is popular in many industries such as food, environmental protection, chemical industry, aerospace and so on with its outstanding features such as high temperature resistance, smooth wire holes, good air permeability, and strong dirt-holding capacity.
ZHUAN LV CSM filter elements are made from CWM mesh composite (MC) filter media. This unique material is made from wire mesh and perforated metal, sintered together into a durable porous filtration medium.
