Micro Hall and Optical Flow Sensor with small flow range suitable for water machine coffee machine
Working principle
● Hall Flow Sensor：
Using the Hall effect, the impeller with the two-pole magnet is placed
perpendicular to the magnetic field, and the GS value generated by the
rotation of the impeller is converted into a pulse signal output.
Features: Contains ferrite magnets inside, with stable and reliable accuracy.
Liquid requirements: good fluidity, no strong corrosiveness.
● Optical Flow Sensor：
Using the pulse signal generated by the cutting light path of the impeller, the water flow is measured by calculating the number of rotations of the runner.
Features: no magnets inside, pure optical induction, better protection of water quality
Liquid requirements: There are requirements for the light transmittance of the liquid, and liquids with poor light transmittance cannot be detected.
