When the inlet side pressure is lower than the preset pressure, the diaphragm is closed with force of the spring. When the inlet side pressure is higher than the preset pressure, the diaphragm is jacked up, the medium go though the valve. The back pressure valve can make the pressure steady after setting.Back pressure valve shall be installed at the outlet of metering pump in order to reduce siphon and excess feeding, and ensure the metering accuracy of metering pump is not affected.LGP back pressure valve can also be used as safety valve, just change the inlet and outlet direction.PTFE Safety ValvesMaterial: PTFESize: DN15, DN25, DN40Pressure: 0-10barsSafety valve is also called pressure relief valve. It is designed to protect pumping systems from over pressure . When the system pressure is over the preset pressure, the valve will be open, and discharge the redundant medium to prevent the pressure going higher. When the system pressure is lower the preset pressure, the valve will be closed to ensure the system work normally. Safety valve can also be worked as back pressure valve, only change the inlet and outlet direction.
