Double Slitting Head Slitter Steel Slitting Line is used to process metal coils through decoiling, slitting, & turned into steel strips with desired width.Features1. This line is used for slitting steel coils with different specifications (width/thickness) to be needed width strips. The main working flow is: decoiling – leveling – slitting – recoiling2. This CR and HR Steel Slitting Machine is reasonable in layout, easy operation, high level of automation, high productivity which could processing all kinds of CR and HR coil, silicon coil, stainless coil, colored coil, galvanize coil or painted coil. 3. This slitter line is broadly applying in metal plate processing industry, like car, container, household appliance, packing, construction material, etc. 4. It is composed of coil car, decoiler, slitter, scrap recoiler, shearer cutting coil head or tail, tension pad and recoiler, etc. As well as pendulum middle bridge, pinch device. 5.
