The screw truss lifting tower makes for an excellent vertical truss that allows the safe, quick lifting of regularly loaded horizontal different size,so as 300*300mm, 400*400mm, 450*450mm, 400*600mm, 500*500mm, 520*760mm,and so on, the tower is designed for a high flexural- and pressure strain.Especially due to a roof this high, flexural strain is required.FactsSteel base equipped with high quality cast wheelsBuild for extreme heights and loadsUp to 16 meters (52ft.)Multifunctional Top Part for use with manual and motorized hoists TOP SECTION & SLEEVE BLOCKSA new multifunctional top part for use of manual chain hoist as well as motorized hoist has been redesigned and built stronger.Standard sized different size corner blocks with usage of 2 bolted sleeve plates guarantees a perfect geometric rig. These blocks make it possible to fit the 300*300mm,400*400mm,450*450mm,400*600mm,500*500mm,520*760mm truss to all four sidesby using bolted receivers. The upper sleeve plate is equipped with an integrated hanging point. The standard sleeve blocks have predesined welded receivers on 3 sides for attachments of different size truss. HINGE SETA strong, safe and cost effective solution to erect the screw truss tower. The hinge sets are 100mm long. Those half connectors with a hinge fork allow a very high vertical load. 4 Hinge sets (2 left and 2 right) are required per tower.BASE SECTION & OUTRIGGERSSteel Base on wheels available with short outriggers and long outriggers in combination with stabilizer bars.TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONSMax.
