TECHNOLOGIAL PROCESS:1). Flat knitted and tatted fabric Rope padder ,→untwisting of head (photoelectricity twist)→φ250 active rope winch→opening width and flapping device→ three expanding and devillicate padder →photoelectric to rectify→φ200 fabric feeding roller→ two efficient padder→ flat swinging cropping frame2). Circular knitted fabric Rope padder ,→untwisting of head (photoelectricity twist)→φ250 active rope winch→slitting device → three expanding and devillicate padder→photoelectric to rectify→φ200 fabric feeding roller→ two efficient padder→ flat swinging cropping frame3). Main specification and technical parameter ：Nominal width: 2200mm2. Car; right and left hand(depend on the fabric feeding)3. Mechanical car speed:10～90 m/min4. Transit method: frequency conversion and synchronous transfer 5. Rated power:25kw6. Overall dimension(L*W*H):9000*3500*6500（mm）4). Main Feature:Rope padder (1) Padder diameter isφ200, pressured by air pocket. The air pocket diameter is φ220 and the pressure can be adjusted according to different fabric. (2) Padder feeding section set constant fabric cabinet to synchronous control the fabric running. 2. Untwisting head(1). The height of the untwisting head frame is 6 meters and fixed, made of T4×100×100-304 square tube and plate. (2). Apply overseas advanced clamping untwisting head with speed controlled by frequency converter3.MH518-220 type two padders(1). Total pressure is 6 tons with pressurized through air pocket and lever arm with ratio 1:4(2). Roller is anti-corrosive anti-abrasive with diameter of φ300(3). Transmit method is direct transmit of motor reducer through coupling. 4. Slitting device (1) Slitting head can be chosen domestic and imported brand with anti-auto and full-auto for option. Our machine apply domestic full-auto slitting device(2) Domestic full-auto slitting device apply rolling type fabric guide cage to reduce the static friction to get stable guide effects. Adopted servo motor and planetary gear offer accurate splitting, together with advanced CCD industrial camera. 5. Flat swinging cropping frame(1)the structure of cropping frame is novelty and all the transmit part are sealed in the S.S 304 frame with stable and safe running(2)Reducer is RV75 type with the motor power of 2.2KW 6. Electric and Gas control (1). The component is built in the main cabinet(2). Low-voltage apparatus and button apply Schneider brand(3). Frequency converter and PLC apply Mitsubishi brand.
