NE Series Bucket Elevator
Range of applicationNE series bucket elevator is the most widely used kind of vertical lifting equipment, this machine is suitable for medium and large pieces, and abrasive materials (such as limestone, cement clinker, gypsum, lump coal) vertical transportation, materials temperature are under 250 ℃. Main structure of NE plate chain bucket elevator:NE series board chain bucket elevator make up of moving parts, drives, upper unit, the center casing, the lower part of the device.Moving parts---make up of hopper and dedicated chain plate, NE30 and the next single row chain, NE50 - NE800 with double chain. Driving---using a variety of drive combo drive, (according to the user's actual needs). Equipped with repair racks and railings on drive platform. Drive system device divided into left and right two kinds.Upper device mounted rail (double chain), backstop, the discharge port equipped with anti-rubber material back plate. Middle Nodule---part of middle nodule equipped with rails (double-stranded), in order to prevent the chain swing work.
