The production principle and the process
The technique is made by the first foam model of EPC technology, linked to a special paint coating, dry sand placed in a special box, fill in the dry sand, three-dimensional vibration compaction, the vacuum state, casting, model gasification disappear, metal replacement model, replicate the same with the foam mold castings, after the release of the vacuum condensate, removed from the loose sand casting to the next cycle.
1. Make Foam gasification Mould (Manual, mechanical)

4. Put the special sand box on the three-dimensional vibrating table
5. Fill in low sand (dry sand) tap, Calibrating
6. Put the dry Foam Gasification mould on the bottom sand, according to process requirements to sand filling, smooth up the box mouth after automatic jolt ramming.
7. Sand box with a plastic film covering the mouth, put a gate Cup, and then vacuum system. Tight after the liquid steel casting, lost foam mold gasification, liquid metal take its place;
8. After the release of the vacuum casting and turned condensate tank, remove the casting to the next cycle.
