240(QLB3000) Asphalt Mixing Plant
The asphalt concrete mixing station, type QLB800—HQB500, is our asphalt concrete mixing equipment with
independent intellectual property rights by independent development, and on the base of consulting the overseas
advanced technology. It is of high automation in operation, of accurate measurement, of modular design, of
reasonable and compact structure, of convenient operation and maintenance, and of energy conservation, so the
equipment can be widely used in the production of high-grade asphalt pavement materials.
The equipment adopts central control system of industrial control computer. And its measurement system adopts
TOLEDO electronic balance and weighing cell. It also introduces advanced devices such as American atmospheric
blowback baghose precipitator andGermanyoil burner. All these make it have characters of reasonable structure,
qualified properties, accurate measurement, high efficiency, and easy operation, and etc. Therefore, the equipment
is not only ideal for producing high-quality asphalt concrete for the high-grade highway construction at home and
abroad, but also suitable for roads building by city or county highway bureaus and city municipal corporations.
