Main featuresThe robot can put the whole set of the pallets into the pallets storage area. Its loaded pallets conveying unit firstly send the well stacked loaded pallets to the outlet once the robot started at the time of meeting the related conditions and requirements, and then the pallets would be conveyed automatically, later on it will automatically put the cylindrical flat-top SPTE or plastic barrel in order and stack them onto the pallets. The robot has advantages of high effencicy, low labour intensity, less labour force and automation, which makes the refinery and digital management, and cost-effective possible.3.Structure introduction The machine consists of controller, auto pallet coming equipment, automatic separation unit, mobile beam vacuum lifting mechanical hand and heavy pallet conveying unit. It is one electromechanical integration high&new tech. product. The middle and low-level palletizer could meet the requirements of middle and low production. The robot could complete the palletization on bags, rubber blocks and boxes based on required grouping and layers. The optimized design made the palletizing shape close and neat. The working parts on the flat plate should comply with the requirements of the pallet, and the flat plate together with the working parts move forward to the vertical plane of the pallet. The upper stopper rod descends and the positioning retaining bars in the other directions clamp and the flat plate restores at this moment. The work parts drop to the plane of the pallet where it is 10mm from the bottom of the flat plate and the pallet will decline the height of one working part. Repeat the above said steps until the stacking of the pallets meet the technical requirements.
