Wax Types in King Honor International
Fischer-Tropsch Wax
FT-Wax (Fischer-Tropsch Wax) is produced from coal. This FT-wax effectively reduces the plasticizing moment during processing, extends the plasticizing time and heat curing, making it suitable for the manufacture of PVC pipes and profiles as well as compound stabilizers.
High Melting Point Paraffin Wax
High melt point -high melt wax is very suitable for blending, coating, paper, plastic lubrication and hot melt adhesives.
Medium Melting Point Paraffin Wax
Medium Melting Point Paraffin Wax is a white, odorless solid with a typical melting point between approximately 56-64℃ (133-147℉) having a density of approximately 0.9 g/cm3.
Low Melting Point Wax
Low Melting Point Paraffin Waxes is deeply refined and has the low oil content, are perfect for hand batch, container candles and cosmetic, ect.
Microcrystalline Wax
Microcrystalline waxis petroleum origin that has small, almost invisible crystals and a high melting point and viscosity. Microcrystalline wax is commonly used in cosmetics and chewing gum. It can also be used as an ingredient to add flexibility, toughness and hardness to other products.
Wax Emulsion
Wax emulsions are commonly used to protect clear coated surfaces from abrasive forces and moisture. Wax emulsions are usually formulated additives made from fine, stable wax particles evenly dispersed in water. Being liquid, they are easily incorporated into coating and paint formulations by simple mixing.
