Air Through Dryer Box
Product Description:
Pair of symmetric forming section is composed by dehydration with the dilution water adjusting device of the transverse quantitative hydraulic headbox, static panel wedge closed dewatering area and pressure off water tank device and on the net tension, correction and cleaning device etc.;
The press section consists of a group of vacuum preloading, a group of vacuum pressing and a group of high impulse wide pressure regions. This kind of structural form fully considers the pressing characteristics of the pulping machine, so as to ensure that the pulp can get better dehydration in this section.
The pulp drying section is designed by air floatation and contactless drying principle. The hot air from the upper and lower boxes impacted the paper surface to provide energy and heat for drying the paper and generate the air cushion supporting the running of the paper.
Product Parameter:
The aluminum or stainless steel nozzle is formed into shape at one time with high straightness and high forming precision, which can guarantee the uniformity of air speed with tolerance of no more than 1m / s.
Most of the hot air is recycled in systems and recovered by heat recovery unit so as to make full use of heat energy.
Choose different air nozzle structure ,air supply temperature, and air speed to meet the requirements of different paper.
Depending on the source, it can be divided into steam and gas type.
