In China, Fireprint has developed a farm waste magnetic pyrolysis power plant that transforms waste into valuable products. Operating at low temperatures (50-380 degrees Celsius), it produces combustible gas. This ignited gas powers a generator and can also provide hot water for heating.
The resulting powdery ash (1/200-400 ceramic ash) from the 24-hour anaerobic fumigation decomposition of these wastes can be used as a soil conditioner for agriculture and forestry.
The farm waste magnetic pyrolysis power plant features a modular design, with daily processing capacities ranging from 0.6 to 30 tons. It boasts advantages such as high integration, compact structure, small footprint, and ease of installation.
