1)amount of treatment water: including average flow rate and variation factor
2)equipment design: including the lamp arrangement, lamp distance, water flow direction and form within disinfection equipment etc.
3)water quality indicators: including raw water’s suspended solids consistency , grain size, turbidity, UVC transmittance, effluent standards etc.
4)way of drainage: continuous drainage or intermittent drainage
5)other factors: including environmental factor(such as temperature, humidity) used by equipment, users’ other special requirements

3. detailed introduction
1)module system
(1)when replace the lamp and quartz socket tube, each module can be manually or mechanically lifted separately and not affect other modules.
(2)each complete set of ultraviolet disinfection module includes central drive online automatic cleaning system.
(3)ultraviolet lamp is arranged in individual quartz socket tube.
(4)above water part of ultraviolet disinfection module is IP65 or the same equivalent sealing grade, the underwater part is IP68 or the same equivalent sealing grade.
2)control system(including distribution center)
(1)7 inch colored touch LCD panel
(2)PLC is adopted Simens products and contains a standard communication interface. All status signals and control signals are uploaded to host computer to realize remote monitor.
(3)It is equipped with start and stop button, emergency button of each equipment and total emergency button of the entire equipment group.
(4)Working condition of each ultraviolet lamp is displayed independently. The problems caused by a few individual lamps will lead to failure warning and the alarm can show the location of broken-down lamp. This can indicate which module group, module and lamp have broken down.
(5)70 recent alarm signals can be kept in alarm record and be read.
(6)When the UV light intensity in water can’t reach the minimum level, it will alarm to reflect the sewage pollution degree and system failure. Meanwhile, the alarm system can be adjusted in the site.
(7)When the water level in open canal is lower than the set value, it will alarm and shutdown automatically.
(8)protection degree: IP65

3)ultraviolet light intensity monitoring system
(1)monitoring the output of ultraviolet disinfection system online and real-time
(2)international first-class light intensity sensor: imported from European
(3)providing alarm function: when light intensity reduces to user set value, it will give alarm signal so that user can treat timely.

(1)adopt compressed-air driven mechanical automatic cleaning system
