Fireprint's pyrolysis furnace utilizes a water spray cooling system to control the decomposition temperature, promoting the generation of water gas from charcoal and steam. The recovered combustible gas is then incinerated to generate electricity or hot water for heating, thus minimizing atmospheric emissions.

Pyrolysis is an organic waste treatment process that chemically decomposes materials by raising the temperature.

Organic matter decomposes into volatile substances (which must be decomposed and burned during the low-temperature char reduction process) and solid residue. Depending on the oxygen content within the furnace, low-oxygen pyrolysis produces harmless powdery negative-ion ash, while high-temperature incineration produces ash containing heavy metals. Our pyrolysis furnace features a main combustion chamber where waste is heated in a low-oxygen environment to form char. The char forms a heat source, and the pyrolysis and evaporation processes take place here.

The gas produced in this process is combustible and can drive a generator and produce hot water. The pyrolysis furnace operates at temperatures ranging from 50-380 degrees Celsius. We rely on the natural intake of a small amount of oxygen-enriched air using natural gas, eliminating the need for fuel oil and electricity to maintain the furnace at low temperatures—an advanced green waste treatment technology.
