Gravity Oil Water Separator
The device consists of two parts: the main unit and the control box.1. The main unit includes a buoy, a water inlet cylinder, a separation cylinder, a propeller and an oil level controller.2. The control box has an electric control system and an oil pump.AdvantagesThe absorber adopts the gravity separation principle, and oil slick on the water surface and water together is pressed into the separation cylinder through the water inlet cylinder. As the water discharge section of the inlet water tank suddenly expands, the flow velocity of the water decreases, and the upper part of the separation cylinder accumulates due to the difference in specific gravity. When the oil accumulation reaches a certain thickness, the oil pump starts to stop, and the propeller continuously presses the surface floating oil into the separation cylinder.Structure and working principle:1. Underwater part:The oil pump is activated and the oil layer enters the oil collector by separating the suspended solids.2. Ground part:The oil accumulated in the oil collector is sucked into the ground secondary separation device through the hose and the vacuum tank, and the oil is separated by the inclined pipe to make the oil sink to the surface, and the oil flows from the flow pipe into the oil collecting barrel to be recovered. After use or deepening the treatment, the water is returned to the grease trap through the adjusting nut and the water overflow tank.The oil slick absorber is suitable for absorbing waste oils floating on the surface of various components, including engine oil, kerosene, diesel oil, lubricating oil, vegetable oil and other liquids with a lower specific gravity than water.
