Dezhou Qunfeng Machinery Manufacturing Group, located in the east of Ningjin economic development area of Dezhou Shandong, is a high-tech enterprise dedicated to manufacturing and operation of environmental sanitation equipment, weighing product, waste sorting equipmentand steel structure. In the environment industry, we mainly engage in research, manufacturing and sales of hydraulic products such as waste transfer equipmentand waste sorting equipment. The company is well placed for excellent environment and convenient traffic. It was first established in 1997 with 100 million yuan of registered capital. Currently it covers an area of 88,000 square kilometers with 500 million yuan of fixed assets and has more than 560 employees including 560 with senior title and 85 technical personnel.
How a plant works?
Through aloading process, the biomass that is to be treated is fed into adigester.Digesters are tanks made of reinforced concrete that can beroundorrectangular.The main activity -anaerobic digestion(when biomass is converted into biogas) takes place within the digester.
The biogas formed is sent to agasometer(a pressure-switch accumulator for biogas) which absorbs any production variations. This ensures that the power supplied is regulated by the pace at which the biogas is produced.
Once the biogas reaches thecogenerator(engine) it is transformed into:
Electrical energy, which is transferred to the national grid.
Thermal energy, used to maintain the process temperature constant and also to heat of some premises (e.g. homes, offices, greenhouses ...).
The remaining waste left over from the entire process is calleddigestateand is made up ofsolidandliquidmanure.
This by-product can be used as anexcellent fertiliserand can be used on fields instead of chemical fertilisers.
