PPR multi-layer pipe production line
PPR multi layer pipe also acalled PPR fiber glass pipe and multi-layer pipe and so on.
Introduction:
Single layer or multi layer pipe production line is suitable to produce PPR, PP, PE, PERT single layer or multi layer pipes. The line uses three extruder for coextrusion, adopts PPR, PE or PP as main material, the middle layer is glass fiber or other plastics.
1.Extruder is specially designed for high-speed PPR glass fibre pipe and multi layer pipe,equiped with high speed hard tooth surface gear box,low-noise energy saving fan cooling system,automatic control temperature system,automatic feeding system.the screw adopts special plasticizing section,to enchance compressibility,increase filling,low temperature high plasticization characteristics to increase output.
2. The extrusion die is a special multi-layer high-pressure die of our company, which is plated by die steel forging, tempering and tempering. The special design of die core ensures the low temperature plasticizing effect of raw material, and the special temperature control system of core ensures the appearance and quality performance of pipe. The multi-layer co-extrusion die developed by our company has been trusted by many customers.
3. Vacuum cooling water tank adopts whole vacuum system, high pressure water circulation. With advanced automatic water level water supply and drainage control and circulating water temperature control, it can easily realize the three dimensional adjustment before and after up and down, and has two waterway control diameters.
4. The tractor adopts the special overall drive design belt tractor to avoid the different synchronicity and tremor of the independent drive, ensures the flexible positioning and orientation, clamps the electric action mutual way, facilitates the operation, And clamping pressure is easy to adjust, easy to achieve 16 meters speed above.
