spherical oxide aluminium powder
Granule oxide aluminum powder, also named α-Al2O3 powder. With the characteristics of high melting point, high hardness, high mechanical strength, high electrical insulation, good thermal stability and abrasive resistance, it is widely used in electronic and electric industry, as the fillings for rubber and resin, which can significantly improve the mixtures’ thermal conductivity, intensity and reduce expansion coefficient. The spherical shape make it’s easy to disperse evenly and pack closely in the system, which ensure the mixture with characteristics of high filling, low viscosity, thermal conductivity, meanwhile, extend the service life of mixing roll, forming machine and mould equipment by reducing abrasion.
The high temperature melt injection process is adopted for producing RCTE series granule oxide aluminum, which enables high rate of spherify, good sphericity, high purity, and cheaper than traditional process product with the help of advanced process by our own equipment, the energy consumption and product cost is also reduced.
