ZK2103 CNC Horizontal Deep Hole Cylinder Gun Drilling Machine
ZK2103 is CNC Deep hole drilling machine suited for drilling 3-D or 2-D hole system. It is adopting chip removed outer, with high efficiency, accuracy and automatic to drill small-holes by "gun drilling "method. It can instead of counting, reaming by one drilling process, obtain sourcing accuracy. Bore accuracy is IT7-IT10, roughness Ra3.2-0.04μm, linearity<=0.05mm in 100mm length. It used widely in plastic and rubber industry, hydraulic mechanism, automobile and tractor, generator and aviation industry for machining deephole porforation; such as; cooling hole, eleheating hole, valve, distributor, pump, steering sharft, spindle, heat-exchanger plate etc.
