Sugar is one of the main ingredients for carbonated drink, the process that cane sugar dissolved into water become simple syrup is called soluble sugar operation. Sugar melting system generally include powdered sugar conveying, powdered sugar dissolving, syrup sterilization, syrup filtering and cooling, syrup storage etc. sometimes, under special circumstances, the syrup also need degassing treatment. The typical hot dissolving process is 85℃,10min,then subsection cooling to operating temperature(below 40℃)
The mixing machine is the equipment which blend final syrup, water and carbon dioxide, it is consisted of degassing tank, syrup mixer, plate cooling heat exchanger, carbonization tank, pump and pipeline. the water after degassing blend with syrup in proportion and cool to 0-2℃ by plate heat exchanger, then fully contact with carbon dioxide in carbonization tank to finish carbonation.
The filling machine adopts isobar filling, the structure and principle of equipment is different from normal filling. the general filling type is PET bottle, zip-top can, glass bottle etc, such as COCACOLA, PEPSI COLA etc.
