Product Name: Isolating Agent for Water Tire Product Type: 1055 Product Feature:1. Milky white concentrate liquid, no flash point, the proportion is 0.99 kg/liter.2. Non toxic, tasteless, no corrosion, with good exhaust, lubrication, mobility and high temperature stability, can play a good separation between the capsule and the embryo to prevent adhesion, prolong the life of the capsule. Scope of application:It’s used for special isolating agent for all kinds of capsule and water tire in tire industry. Using method:1. Before use, dilute with water by 1:10 proportion, but the best rate should be decided after the test.2. Directly spray onto hot capsules, vulcanization interval 1-6 times and then spray3. Container should be kept sealed, can not be mixed with other isolation agent and acid or alkali substances.Packing, Storage and Transport:1. 25kg or 200kg per drum.2. Transport as non hazard goods, should be stored in the 3-42℃ warehouse, pay attention to anti-freezing.3. Properly use it can’t cause the damage, if need the full details, please ask us MSDS.Shelf Life:6 months
