Product Name: Isolating Agent for Tire Capsule Product Type: C-55Product Feature:1. Milky white concentrate liquid, no flash point, the proportion is 0.99 kg/liter.2. Non toxic, tasteless, no corrosion, with good exhaust, lubrication, mobility and high temperature stability, can play a good separation between the capsule and the embryo to prevent adhesion, prolong the life of the capsule.3. Once spraying, can be used many times. Scope of application:It’s used for special isolating agent for all kinds of capsule and water tire in tire industry. Using method:1. Using press spray or wipe with cotton yarn, evenly coated directly in the capsule or water tire, dry and then use  2. Directly spray onto hot capsules, vulcanization interval 1-6 times and then spray3. Container should be kept sealed, can not be mixed with other isolation agent and acid or alkali substances.Packing, Storage and Transport:1. 25kg or 200kg per drum.2. Transport as non hazard goods, should be stored in the 2-38℃ warehouse, pay attention to anti-freezing.3. Properly use it can’t cause the damage, if need the full details, please ask us MSDS.Shelf Life:6 months
