Semi Automatic Bottle Rinser
This machine is mainly used for rinsing the glass bottle and polyesterbottle before filling. This machine is used for rinsing polyester bottle with little dust and the glass bottle after the bottle washing machine washes them. It applies continuousrinsing method to rinse the bottle. It has advantages such as high efficiency, good performance, adaptabilityto different size of bottles and easy maintenance.
Compared with traditional bottle rinser, it can save 80% energy, water and space. Meanwhile, it is environmental friendly. It can be maintained easily. The work cost is very low. The water circulation and filter system is used for the bottle rinsing system in order to save the water sauce. The craft of the bottle rinsing is reasonable. The rate of bottle clean is more than 99.9%. The machine works very stably.
