说明：此机器生产时只需将面团从搅拌机中取出醒面完成后，即可经由机器“手抓饼生产线”由输送带直接送入面斗内经由延压，打薄等动作制成面带后，并使用拉宽机构将面皮再次延展拉薄至厚度为1mm以下，再由下油机构自动上下均匀涂抹，自动撒上葱花和香料后，以大卷轮将薄皮卷成棒状形成层次后，最后再以夹具机前后封口切断后，经手工卷为螺旋球状，送入冷藏等待出货或送入机器“上下覆膜成型机”制成饼状。将螺旋球状经由机器“上下覆膜成型机”，自动上下覆膜，压薄，裁切，成品送出，自动堆叠，经由手工完成包装后，即可送入冷冻等待出货。该机主要技术性能指标处于国内同类型机型的先进水平。
