Features: This machine has high-strength / regged / body structure, the apperance is nice and balanced, motions are firm and steady.

Using spring-loded bottom frame and up to 10 easy to adjust infra-red LEDs for precise positioning of parts, high efficiency and productivity, less waste/second.

Using two sets of mold, multi-stages (can add steel wires, plastic bones, etc), one-pass molding technology to eliminate extra handling of immediate mold-pads / strips / wires and other add-on parts, resulting in better product, high yield rate and less cost.

Can be used in molding foam pads and covers.
