Automatic Foam Shaving Machine
Main Features: Shaving 3-D shape bra-pad cookies; Shaving according to bra-pad design to generate 3-D effect.
Features: This automatic foam shaving machine is very precise; the products can be accurately shaving different shapes, thickness, and sizes as designed. This shaving tachnology changes the traditional and monotonous method of molding pads with flat foam sheets, by changing the contour of the foam sheets, bra cups become more soft and comortable. BY changing the knift and/or the turn-table speed, different types of foam (especially soft foam) can be shaved with high precision; For shaved more, using this machine will reduce material usage and manpower (only one operator is needed to run this machine).
