Sibai has a lot of order experiences of water cooling plate, for the water cooling system of big machines and equipment. The biggest size we can make 1100 x 800 x 100 mm.
Liquid cooling platesare widely used in the semiconductor, industrial serving computers, automobile battery, telecommunication, medical system, transportation system and laser machines.
Sibai produces precision Aluminium large water cooling plates with copper tube convection. The size can be as large as 1200 x 600 mm. The precision Sibai makes is satisfying. The liquid is sealed well inside. The water cooled cold plateproduced by Sibai are mainly used for laser machines.

Sibai Large Water Cooling Plates
The water-cooled backboard is installed with a "cold circulation cold water plate" behind the cabinet. The water-cooled plate is used to fit and attach the subcomponents, and the heat generated by the components is carried away by the liquid flowing in the water-cooling plate. The heat generated by the server is minimized from passing through the backplane heat exchanger.
The water-cooling block is a metal block with a water channel inside. It is made of copper or aluminum. It is in contact with the CPU and will absorb the heat of the CPU. Therefore, this cooling plate has the same effect as the air-cooled heat sink. The water cooling block must have a water channel through which the circulating fluid passes and is completely sealed, so as to ensure that the circulating fluid does not leak and cause short circuit of the electrical appliance.
Sibai adopts the CNCprecision machiningcenter Jirfine V11 produces the water cooling plates. The workbench is 1200 x 600 mm, and the speed can be 12000 rpm. We inspect the plates one by one before delivery. As a high value parts, we must ensure all the details are ok before delivery. We must lower the risk of failure, and avoid trouble bringing to customers.
