Application Area: this machine could make the ISO standard card, business card and NON-ISO card production for punching purpose.
1. Applying the chain lift design for feeders to ensure the running stably. Applying the sensor to check punching material, ensure every sheet to punch stably.
2. Using the PC and Camera System to make the same distance punching or mark punching. The punching accuracy is ±0.1mm. It also works well with lamination deformed sheet, and reduces the defected cards.
3. Sorting function: the machine could place each card of the sheet into the corresponding card output.
4. The number of output could be customized. It is from 1 to 32 output boxes.
5. The machine could check the chip types, it could reject the NG chips cards, and make sure one type of chip on the good cards. 6. The punching speed could reach 900 to 1100 sheets/hour, it could punch the PVC, ABS, PET and mxied material.
