Multi-function robber stopper and cap assembling machine
AYJ-FH03 Multi-function rubber stopper and cap assembling machine is a newly equipment for blood collection tube production, which can automatical assembling rubber stopper and cap. PLC microcomputer and photoelectric monitoring device control the whole process of production, stable running and high efficiency, etc.
AYJ series automatically Rubber Stopper and Cap Assemble machine mainly use vacuum produced of suction to suck the rubber into plug (pad) , then by sent material institutions to send the aluminum cover (aluminum plastic combination cover) into dial disc internal of host machine. It will automatically found on bit, by cam led of plug in a work within tour, will insert the rubber plug (pad) into aluminum cover (aluminum plastic combination cover). During the rose process of plug, pull out the cover (aluminum plastic combination cover) by sending material institutions. Then Plug loaded work complete once.
AYJ series Rubber stopper and cap assemble machine has total 36 plugs. During 1 time rotation the host machine carried out 36 times plug action, and through the FM frequency converter control drive mechanism can easily host the speed required, allowing AYJ series Rubber stopper and cap assemble machine have more economical results to achieve the required production capacity.
