ZL-3 model steam air heater with upper outlet and lower inlet
ZL-2 steam air heater is consists of 9 parts: steel-aluminum radiator fin tube + electric steam valve + drain valve + insulation box + fan + Fresh air damper + waste heat recovery device + dehumidification fan + electric control system. It is specially designed for supporting downflow drying room/heating rooms. After convert the outside steam heat to heat inside the insulation box through by the fin tube, it´s mixing with recycle or fresh air, under the action of the fan, it is discharged from the upper outlet into the drying room or heating space. Then cooled air pass through the lower air outlet for secondary heating and continuous circulation. And when the humidity of circulating air reaches the emission standard, the dehumidification fan and fresh air damper will start simultaneously. The exhausted moisture and fresh air implement sufficient heat exchange in the waste heat recovery device, so the moisture is discharged and the fresh air with recovered heat enter the circulation system.
