Flash Measurement Instrument
Product Introduction:
VMO series flash measuring instrument is mainly used to measure the plane size, such as precision workpiece, stamping parts, seals, ceramic substrate, mobile accessories and other high-precision mass products. The measuring machine is accurate to micrometers and surprisingly easy to operate, even if the operator is not familiar with the measurement operation. The measuring software used in the measuring machine Kuehne + Nagel Instrument Technology Professional one-click software has a user-friendly interface operation mode, and the operator can measure complex workpieces after a few hours of use.

Main features:
1. Automatic image registration function, no need to locate the workpiece, no fixture, the product is placed freely, to achieve automatic identification and measurement, can identify multiple measurement workpiece and measurement, output results.
2. the image sensor adopts imported HD 6 million pixel CCD, and the matching Giqe Gigabit Ethernet card (transmission rate :1G/S) makes the imaging clear and the picture quality is fine
3. the use of imported bilateral telecentric lens, with parallel telecentric transmission light (transmission system)， programmable four-zone ring shadowless falling-down spotlight (falling-down system)， coaxial falling-down light and low Angle shadowless falling-down light (optional light source)， to ensure the authenticity, stability and observability of the required measurement product imaging, so that the measurement data is very close to the real value. The daily repeated measurement data is also very smooth, so that the operator will not doubt the results of the measurement because of large data differences.
4. Lighting control, workbench movement control and camera exposure control become very simple and easy to operate.
5. The internal skeleton and workbench of the whole machine are made of aviation aluminum profiles to ensure the stability of the instrument, and the external is made of ABS suction plastic shell, which is natural, non-toxic, neat and beautiful.
