SI80 carbon arc aging tester, carbon arc aging machine through AC light carbon rod, produce arc light, light source through the filter, has a higher irradiation energy than sunlight, so irradiated to the surface of the sample, can accelerate the aging of the sample. At the same time, because it is equipped with a spray device, in addition to simulating the sun, it can also simulate the rain environment, that is, it can test the weather resistance of the sample well by accelerating the method.
SI80 carbon arc aging tester:
1. Materials may be exposed to outdoor sunlight, behind glass Windows or indoor artificial light or wet by rain for a long time in daily use, resulting in changes in physical properties such as fading, yellowing or strength, which we call natural aging, in order to evaluate the anti-aging performance of materials more quickly than natural aging tests.
2. An electric light source that generates discharge arc when the electric level of two carbon rods in contact is separated after being energized in the air. It is the core component of carbon arc weather resistant equipment, composed of 4 pairs of carbon rod electric levels, the upper carbon rod is thick, the lower carbon rod is thin. Around the carbon rod electrical level is a filter, carbon arc light source through the filter light mirror to produce light similar to sunlight in various wavelength segments, radiation to the test sample surface. The distance between the upper and lower carbon rods is controlled by the driving device to ensure that the carbon arc voltage and current are stable within the standard error range.
