The HD2 Pneumatic Foam Fatigue Tester is a heavy-duty, single-station laboratory testing machine designed to evaluate the dynamic fatigue durability of flexible foam materials under repeated compressive loading. The tester applies cyclic compression to foam specimens using pneumatic actuation, simulating long-term service conditions encountered in seating, mattresses, cushioning, and interior applications. The system supports constant load testing as standard, with constant displacement mode available as an optional configuration.

Test Procedures
Prepare foam specimens in accordance with the applicable standard
Level the equipment and connect electrical power and compressed air supply
Install the vented grid and selected indenter
Position and secure the foam specimen on the test platform

Start the test and allow the system to run automatically
Stop the machine automatically upon completion of the programmed cycles
Remove the specimen and proceed with post-test evaluation
