Main features
1. The whole body of the warm body dummy is divided into 35 anatomical sections such as head, trunk and limbs. Each section has adiabatic and fine tuning heater in each section.
2. In the control software part, the internal heat of the human body model, the temperature insulation performance of the clothing, the surface temperature evaluation of the human body model, the calculation of heat dissipation value, etc., can process various measurement data and record and statistical processing.
3. When making the human model of the warm body dummy, polymer functional materials with small heat capacity are used, which can quickly handle the heat reaction and heat exchange process of the human model.
4. Thermal nickel wire sensor, connected to the whole system, can measure the average temperature in each segment with good sensitivity.
5. Joints, shoulders and knees can be bent and changed into standing or sitting position, easy to disassemble clothes.
6. The warm body dummy system is equipped with the lifting frame of the human model, which can easily move the human model.
