The High-Speed Reciprocating Friction and Wear Tester (Model 2M) is designed for evaluating the friction and wear performance of materials and components. The instrument features a wide load range and adjustable sliding speed, allowing precise assessment of lubrication properties, surface treatments, and material performance under room temperature to 300°C. During testing, friction coefficient, wear depth, surface profile, wear volume, and wear resistance are measured in real time with graphical display and data storage. The tester is user-friendly, equipped with automatic stop protection, and provides high measurement accuracy.
